Clean and efficient hotel. Quiet location. Friendly and polite front desk clerk. Great room. Amazing breakfast. Great location near hospital and subway station.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Travel Inn Ibirapuera is a clean, nice, no frills hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, even if some of them have limited knowledge of English. The rooms are of a decent size, and quite clean. As a plus, you get windows that open.
The water pressure in the shower was not terribly strong.

Very kind staff, excelent location, a good smell in the room and a good value for money!
The very early morning knock in the room door to ask for clothes for laundry or to refill the refrigerator.

The room at Travel Inn Live & Lodge was spacious and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and the hotel is located in a convenient area. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, only a 10-minute taxi ride away from the airport and near the metro station. the neighborhood is safe and welcoming. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with clean bathrooms and excellent service. the breakfast offers a variety of options including fresh fruit and hot food.
The staff could value their guests more by providing cutlery when required, as one customer was unable to receive it even when ordering food from outside.

Rooms are spacious and have nice views from the windows. Good for people who prefer a calm and quiet place, as it is located near hospitals and clinics. There is also a restaurant nearby where you can order food. the staff is available to assist you at any time.
Old rooms with poor building insulation, which makes you hear the noise from other rooms. No plates, no knives, and no forks were available for a delivered meal.

Great location, close to restaurants and attractions. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
The Wi-Fi was not very strong and often disconnected. The bathroom fixtures could use some updating to improve the shower pressure and the overall appearance.
